Reina is wearing a 3T here and it’s big. She’s 32lbs 36inches tall. A 2T would be better fit. Petticoats should fall around 1-1.5in shorter than the dress it’s going under or could also stick out if preferred. They can be worn high on the waist or low for the right placement with dress. It’s so beautiful it could honestly be worn as a skirt as well!
